Quality Statement

Delta Impact Limited has, since it’s founding in 1988, been committed to providing high quality products and services to its clients. Over the years the scope of supply has been extended and now encompasses electronic components (including transformers and other electromechanical items), PCBs, assembled PCBs and products. Typical clients include Electronics OEMs and a wide range of customers whose products include some electronic content, but for whom electronics is not a core competence.

In order to maintain and enhance this level of quality a quality assurance management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 has been documented and implemented. The quality system is reviewed on a regular basis by the Managing Director and senior management of Delta Impact Limited to determine its effectiveness and to implement any identified improvements and changes. The requirements of this system are mandatory on all employees concerned.

The goal of the organisation is to create a quality environment inspiring confidence for all who come into contact with Delta Impact, including staff, visitors, clients and suppliers.

Ensuring the quality of our products and services is a prime responsibility of all employees.

The views of our people are critically important to our business, and we strive to ensure their satisfaction through an environment which recognises and rewards commitment and performance.

Summary
All employees have a responsibility for quality. We are committed to working as a team to ensure continuous improvement in all that we do – our products, services and dealing with each other as well as suppliers and customers. We encourage changes aimed at minimising waste and reducing cost, whilst at the same time improving quality as a means of enhancing total customer satisfaction.
